Karin Ackerl develops Channel Management at panagenda
It is a fortunate fact that panagenda is growing on an annual basis with an increasing number of licenses sold, employees hired, products in our portfolio and partner contracts signed. So as to continue nurturing the ongoing strategic collaboration with existing business partners, Karin Ackerl is now moving into an active role in Channel Management.
“I’m very excited to build on the already strong relationships with our existing partners. On one hand, I will be the central point of contact for queries related to issuing licenses, pricing and invoicing as well as finding solutions for customer in challenging situations. On the other hand, I will proactively provide information on training, new products and processes relevant to existing partners.” says Karin.
Karin knows panagenda’s products inside out, she has helped build the sales back office processes over the last few years and is a perfect match in order to further foster collaboration and engagement between customers, partners and panagenda. This addition to the sales department is in no way meant to prevent contact with our partner’s allocated Key Account Managers but to allow for greater transparency and efficiency between all parties ensuring a mutually beneficial communication channel.
With more than six years of professional experience at panagenda, Karin is located in Vienna and will focus on managing the sales cycle for partner leads in Europe. She has gathered international experience by studying and working in Taiwan, Canada and Costa Rica for multiple years. This is of great value for catering to panagenda’s growing international partner network.
