Welcome to my series #panagendaPride published every second Friday to feature members of our team that despite their highly professional demeanor also have awesome personalities. Today it is my pleasure to introduce Sandra to you!
What’s your name and what exactly do you do with panagenda?
My name is Sandra Fritzer-Posch and I have been working as HR Manager at panagenda since April 2014. In addition to administrative tasks, such as the processing of salary statements, I am responsible for all aspects of employment law as well as personnel and organizational development projects. Since I also find joy in taking care of everything in between, many panagendians now also refer to me as “Mom”.
What’s the last thing you watched on TV and why did you choose to watch it?
Game of Thrones of course. Although I’m not a fan of fantasy films and the medieval age has always interested me the least, this series absolutely captivated me. My husband and I discovered GOT very late and honestly, I watched the first episodes just for his sake. But now, after watching the first six seasons in a real TV marathon within just three weeks, I can hardly wait for the release of season 8.
What’s one sure fire way to bring a smile to your face?
I am generally a very cheerful person. Whether with my family, friends or at work – I laugh a lot. The first smile every day though, belongs to my dog Missie who jumps at me and greets me with a joyous dance as soon as I open my eyes in the morning.
Hardcover or softcover books? Why?
I read a lot. Above all, my favorites include thrillers and crime stories but also novels with historical background. Considering I always had the problem of packing at least three books in addition to my many clothes when going on vacation, I bought myself a Kindle two years ago. Ever since I now travel with my Kindle AND at least one book as my friends and I like to gift, exchange and share books that we enjoyed reading.
Who would win the battle: Alice in Wonderland vs Little Red Riding Hood and why?
Alice in Wonderland of course. The girl with such unique friends as the March Hare, the Cheshire Cat and The Mad Hatter. The girl who can even take on the terrible Queen of Hearts. She was already the heroine of my childhood.
