Content Developer /
Technical Writer (m/f/x)

As a full-time content developer and technical writer, you will be our missing link between the marketing and software development teams. You will be working closely with our devs to maintain our public knowledge base consisting of technical content such as release notes and product documentation. By translating your awareness of product developments  into various persona related use cases, you will assist marketing in reaching a broad market base that benefits from our software solutions.

As a member of the panagenda team you will:

  • Connect the product development and marketing teams
  • Compose and edit English technical documentation based on software developments to maintain our central repository / knowledge base
  • Create easy-to-understand, SEO compatible, English marketing content for websites, blogs, articles, ebooks, white papers, and marketing emails etc.
  • Monitor the collaboration software industry and communicate with team members from other departments such as sales and consulting to identify customer-centric subjects for creative content
  • Manage and update all technical documentation and marketing content on external and internal mediums including the knowledge base, WordPress, Confluence, Jira Service Desk, HubSpot, Google Analytics, PDF management, partner portal etc.

Basic Qualifications:

  • Completed technical education (HTL, FH, Uni) or corresponding experience as marketing / technical writer, ideally in the software sector
  • Native English language skills
  • Good German language skills
  • Ability to simplify complex subjects for a variety of persona groups
  • Monitor and identify market potential
  • Independent, structured and proactive work ethic
  • High standard of quality
  • Experience in content management systems

    Ideal Qualifications:

    • Experience in agile software development (Scrum)
    • Knowledge of planning tools such as JIRA
    • HTML, CSS and JavaScript or other programming skills
    • Experience in performance marketing (Google Analytics)
    • Experience in marketing automation (HubSpot) and SEO/SEM

    Minimum annual gross salary of € 33.992,00 according to our “Kollektivvertrag für Angestellte von Unternehmen im Bereich Dienstleistungen in der automatischen Datenverarbeitung und Informationstechnik” – additional payment according to skills and work experience.
