OE Release Notes v4.0.3

A new bug fix release of OfficeExpert has been released.
It includes some important fixes with regards to license management.

Bug Fix	License Costs Mapping We fixed a bug where modified License costs (Microsoft License Costs page) got overwritten with the default figures.
Bug Fix	MS Teams 3rd Party Apps - DisplayName Microsoft slightly changed the API so that we use from now on the DisplayName of the App instead of the privouse key "name".
Bug Fix	License Management - Cost Savings We fixed a bug where deleted user objects have been considered as potential cost savings (deactivated and Inactive user accounts)
Improvement	Archived Teams We improved the way how we handle archived Teams
