It could be that the flash plugin is not installed for the firefox webbrowser on the appliance level.
In order to install it, please perform the following steps
- Download the offline RPM file Offline RPM Flash Plugin
- Copy the file into /tmp of your GL appliance
- execute:
yum install /tmp/flash-player-npapi-32.0.0.465-release.x86_64.rpm
click "y" to approve the installation
- after the installation. please copy the mms.cfg file (Download mms.cfg) to /etc/adobe (create the folder in case it doesn't exist)
make sure that the mms.cfg has https://localhost:443 in place
- open firefox browser on the appliance level and access https://localhost/vimes/vimes.html
