To determine why the Domlog collector might have issues, we suggested suggest to try the following troubleshooting options:
- Always check the source (did something occur on the domino Domino servers with the web service? Did a setting change related to Domlog collection?
- Open Appliance configuration (<your appliance ip>/idna/sys/servers) and check the status of the server(s) with issues. From there you can select specific servers by ticking the check boxes left to them and clicking on the link at the bottom of the grid:
