FIX

Fixed an issue with Notes 9.0.1 FP10. In some versions of this Feature Pack, Notes reports itself as having version 900, instead of 9. This is a bug in the Notes client itself, appeared first in FP10 directly, was fixed with IF1, and re-appeared with IF6. We have now added a fix so that our version-related config variables are set to the proper value of 9 when this bug is encountered.

FIXMade sure Conditions will still work even if MC is operating in safe mode because of an unknown Notes client version.
ENHANCEMENTThe names.xml now contains information about the "ContactDelegationSwitch" field from the profile "DirectoryProfile" in names.nsf. This setting controls the "Synchronize Contacts" functionality in Notes.
ENHANCEMENTAdded better handling for problems to the DLLUpdate action for cases where the new DLL can't be renamed.
