Support Docker Storage Driver - overlay2

Updating the docker daemon (with yum update) results in a new docker storage driver. Therefore overlay2 (new driver) needs to be reflected in the overall GreenLight config if the daemon got updated. Please refer to this kbase article: Overlay2 - after yum update
