OfficeExpert EPM Client Roll Out

While the SaaS on-boarding process is in progress, you can already roll out the OfficeExpert EPM client in your organization. Therefore proceed as follows:
Note: Only Windows 10 Devices are supported at the moment!

No firewall changes are necessary. Depending on the Region, all the communication (TCP 443) is done towards eu.epmapi.com or us.epmapi.com

If you use SSO, the App will immediately login. If not, you will see a Login Dialog where you need to login manually. Whenever done - you will see the Homepage of the Client app. This is the point where the client got registered and where you can close the app.

Afterwards, everything is ready for you to roll out the EPM clients in your user environment. For this, one scenario is described in detail in the knowledge base article: EPM Client - Intune Deployment.  But you can use any other Software Deployment tool you have (e.g SCCM, ...).

Now everything is ready to proactively monitor and analyze your end points with OfficeExpert EPM. For further information, please have a look at the EPM articles in the panagenda knowledge base.
