Gary is technical distinguished, having earned a rare and technically demanding Microsoft certification. Out of the millions of individuals who have earned Microsoft certifications, only a few hundred individuals in the world have ever earned the title Microsoft Certified Master or Microsoft Certified Solutions Master (both of which Gary holds). This represents just 0.0017% of all Microsoft Certified professionals. After becoming a Microsoft Certified Master, Gary joined an even smaller group of individuals by being recognized by Microsoft as a Microsoft MVP (Most Valuable Professional). From 2014-2017 Gary was a Microsoft MVP with specializations first in Exchange Server, which then evolved into Office Servers and Services designation. Gary worked with Microsoft’s cloud beginning in its infancy. While specializing in migrations from non-Microsoft products such as Notes and Groupwise it became clear that customers using the early Microsoft cloud lacked visibility. But the needs of Microsoft customers consistently evolved, and vendors were slow to keep pace. Eight years ago, Gary moved from a consulting career, and shifted his focus to designing products for software vendors. Today Gary serves as panagenda’s "Chief Product Officer - Microsoft Solutions" where he ensures that panagenda is prepared to meet current and future customer needs
