Launched in 2023, this is a great site to use for downloading newer versions of HCL collaboration software like Notes/Domino. Downloads are fast and it's easy to find things. Log in with the same credentials you use for FlexNet, and you'll find categories and links for the software you're entitled to. It doesn't have everything, and some older versions might be missing, but it's a good place to start.
This is the landing page for HCL support, including the Knowledgebase. If you're a registered customer, there's also a link to create a case (trouble ticket/bug report) with support.

There are also older guides for upgrading to HCL Notes/Domino 12 and upgrading to HCL Notes/Domino 11.
The new Notes/Domino forum, where you can ask (and answer) questions to the community. This replaced the old HCL Notes Forum at the end of May 2025.
The ideas portal is a site where you can submit feature requests to the HCL product team, and vote on other people's ideas if you like them. There's no guarantee that any of the ideas will be implemented, but HCL does watch the site and several of the ideas have actually made it into the product, including panagenda's very own Advanced Document Properties plugin!

The old Fix List database still exists too, and it's still being updated with SPRs and fixes for the latest versions of Notes/Domino.
HCL maintains several open-source projects on their public GitHub repository. Some of the interesting Notes/Domino related ones include:

- C-API for Notes/Domino documentation and samples (the SDK itself is a My HCLSoftware Portal download)
