How to RESTRICT Access to the TrueDEM Portal?

  • Open EntraID / Enterprise Applications / OfficeExpert EPM Portal ID: .....
  • On the Properties tab, switch the "User Assignment Required" flag to "Yes". Furthermore we also recommend to switch "Visible to users" to "No".


  • On "Users and Groups", you can add individual users or groups and assign one of the two available roles.
