Single Sign-On with the TrueDEM macOS Agent works a bit differently from the Windows version.
After installing the macOS Agent, users may encounter a login dialog the first time the Agent runs. This occurs if they haven’t already authenticated to M365 via their web browser, requiring a one-time manual login.
If users are already logged into M365 in their browser, the login dialog won’t appear, as TrueDEM uses the existing browser token for Single Sign-On.
Users will be able to take advantage of single sign-on if they have already authenticated through their web browser.
