Summary: In this video, COO Henning Kunz will show you three simple steps to open a support ticket for panagenda iDNA Applications.

It's easy to open a support ticket for iDNA Applications:

  1. First, create an email and describe the issue as best as possible.
  2. Secondly, download and attach the log file to your email. To do this:
    1. Open up your browser.
    2. Go to your appliance by entering its IP address.
    3. Log in with the config username.
    4. After you have logged in, click on Settings > Download logs.
    5. A pop-up window is displayed. Enter the same credentials (config); the package will download.
    6. Attach the downloaded log package to your email.
  3. Finally, send the email with the attached log package to support@panagenda.com.
If the log package is larger than 20 megabytes, do not attach it. Instead, let us know and we will assist you.
