FIX	Fix for a problem where the plugin randomly would not start on the Windows 64-bit beta client.

Release 2021-07-16 - 12.0.1

CHANGE	Small internal modification to the startup sequence, with better logging if the Notes authentication service is unavailable.

ENHANCEMENT	New Sametime Auto-Status setting for "Meetings scheduled in my calendar".
CHANGE	Eclipse Analyze preferences file no longer contains /bundle_defaults entries (these were unreliable and made the file much larger than needed).
FIX	The Shortcut Buttons action now works properly in Notes 12.
FIX	The Eclipse Sidebar action now works properly in Notes 12.
