From Domino Data to AI Insight: panagenda’s Journey So Far
Christoph Adler

A product does not automatically become more valuable just because AI is added to it. Real value is created when AI helps customers make better use of the data, insights and tools they already have.

In this 20-minute session, Chris will share how panagenda has approached AI over the past 18 months, both internally and in relation to its products for the HCL Notes, Nomad and Domino market.

panagenda is not an AI provider and it is not trying to become one. Instead, the focus is on how integrations such as those for panagenda’s very own iDNA and even HCL’s Domino itself can connect with the AI solutions customers choose and trust, whether cloud-based, enterprise-provided or running locally, to make existing data and analysis even more useful.

This session will look at the journey so far: what panagenda explored, what mattered, what did not and how AI integration can support real-world use cases without becoming just another checkbox on a feature list.

Expect insights from panagenda’s experience so far, lessons learned along the way and demos showing what this journey has made possible.

Key Takeaways

  1. See through the AI hype and find the real value
  2. Make AI work with what you already have
  3. Skip the dead ends and learn from a journey already taken
