Founded in Vienna in 2007, panagenda started with a clear mission to help organizations get more out of their HCL Notes and Domino environments. MarvelClient was the foundation that established panagenda’s reputation for deep technical expertise and long-term customer relationships. Today it is deployed in over 70 countries and still the leading client management solution for HCL Notes.
As enterprise collaboration shifted, so did panagenda. Recognizing the growing importance of Microsoft 365, the company expanded its portfolio to address new challenges faced by IT teams in cloud-based environments, including analytics, performance monitoring and license management at scale. This expansion led to OfficeExpert and the development of TrueDEM, a purpose-built technology for end-to-end digital experience monitoring, launched in 2020 and now the foundation of panagenda’s Microsoft 365 portfolio.
Today, panagenda serves enterprises across both HCL Notes/Domino and Microsoft 365, with the same depth of expertise and commitment to long-term customer relationships that has defined the company since 2007.

panagenda holds the CYBER TRUST Europe Silver Label (awarded January 2025), demonstrating compliance with NIS-2 and DORA requirements as a Third-Party Provider. panagenda is GDPR-compliant and ISO 27001 certification in progress, expected mid-2026. Security is integrated across our development process through a Secure Software Development Life Cycle (SSDLC).
