The new Notes and Domino release is out!
The primary change from 11.0.0 is small improvements and a large number of bugfixes. Our/My personal experience with 11.0.1 shows that it is a stable and fast release. From this perspective, I am giving an installation recommendation for this upgrade.
Still, I’d like to point out a two things that you should consider with the 11.0.1 Notes client.
Templates
Positive: With the release of 11.0.1 HCL finally added group 1 languages.
Negative: Sadly, Murphy’s law struck and the languages „German, Italian, Chinese and Spanish“ have a few problems. For these languages, HCL is providing updated templates for download on their support site.

Citrix
The second topic I’d like to mention is this SPR:
SPR# RHAN8MXKGA – Fixed a Notes client crash due to accessibility (usually in a Citrix environment). The following INI will disable the complete accessibility in Notes (only C++ side i.e, Basic Notes) DisableAccessibility=1.
We have encountered this problem with Notes on Citrix in several customer situations recently. It causes massive instability and frequent crashes. We as panagenda were able to discover the cause of the issue and were able to solve it for our customers by using MarvelClient.
But with 11.0.1 HCL has added above notes.ini setting, which can solve the problem from within the client itself. If you are using Notes on Citrix, and have started to notice Notes client issues since updating the Citrix Receiver, this setting might help you.
Fix List
Here the complete fix list for 11.0.1 (taken from https://support.hcltechsw.com/csm?id=kb_article&sysparm_article=KB0078424&sys_kb_id=d4f4c7671b789490c1f9759d1e4bcb80 )
Fixes
Please note this is a living document and is being updated.
Note: A plus symbol (+) before the SPR number indicates a fix for a regression bug. A regression bug is an issue that was introduced in a Maintenance Release that did not exist in previous releases of that code stream. For example, a bug that appears in Release 11.0.1 but did not exist in Release 11.0 is a regression.
Admin Client
