M365 Summit 2026

Once again, the M365 Summit at the Rheingoldhalle in Mainz was a true highlight of our event calendar. As always, the conference was superbly organized, from the agenda and the venue to the support for exhibitors. A big thank you to the entire organizing team!

At our TrueDEM booth, we had many great and engaging conversations. We were especially pleased by how openly attendees talked about the challenges they face working with Microsoft 365 every day. One topic came up again and again: Hybrid work leaves traditional monitoring blind. Many IT teams only learn about problems with Teams calls, performance, or the network when users complain, and often users don’t complain at all.

That’s exactly where TrueDEM comes in. We showed how to measure the actual user experience in Microsoft 365, in real time and directly from the user’s perspective.
The most popular topics were:
Teams Call Quality: Real-time insights into the quality of calls and meetings
Copilot Readiness: Audio and video data quality as the foundation for AI-powered summaries and transcripts
Cross-platform monitoring: macOS, Windows, and VDI in a single solution
TrueDEM MCP: Answers instead of dashboards, so questions about the user experience can be answered directly in natural language

A special moment was the prize drawing at the closing session. Congratulations to Mark Alisch, the lucky winner of our 3D pinball machine! We hope you have a lot of fun building and playing it.
Many thanks to everyone who stopped by our booth. These conversations reminded us once again how important real transparency into the digital workplace is. We’re already looking forward to seeing you again at M365 Summit 2027!
Didn’t get a chance to meet us in Mainz, or want to continue the conversation? Feel free to reach out, and we’ll be happy to show you TrueDEM in a personal demo.
