In order to continue encouraging corporate social responsibility, we will not be distributing giveaways that are likely to be thrown away a week later, thus damaging the environment. Instead, we have chosen to continue supporting Girls in Tech. With a proportion of women at panagenda of 23%, we are striving to increase this number. Beyond this, we will donate €1 for every visitor to our booth. This donation is intended to make it easier for girls and women to pursue a career in technology.
Girls in Tech is a global non-profit that works to put an end to gender inequality in high-tech industries and startups. They do that by educating and empowering women who are passionate about technology. As a result, they offer everything from coding courses to bootcamps to hackathons and startup competitions regardless of age or profession.
