    CEO & CTO

    From Commodore 64 to Personal Computers, AS/400 to S/36, DOS, Windows 3 to 8, OS/2, Apple MacIntosh to MacBooks and iPhones – Florian has always been excited by technology and especially software. After growing up in Germany, living in the United Kingdom, Austria and Spain, as well as spending a lot of time in the United States, Florian has settled for Germany as home country from where he travels extensively across the globe. Throughout his career in IT, he has worked in a number of managerial and executive positions in both the banking and information technology industry. Florian holds an executive MBA from private university PEF, Vienna (Austria).

    CFO & COO

    Before joining panagenda in 2009, Felix worked in several commercial positions in multinational companies in Germany, Argentina and Austria. During his time as a management consultant for one of the world’s leading strategy consulting companies he became passionate about constantly identifying areas of improvement in professional working environments. At panagenda, Felix is responsible for everything customers usually don’t see but nonetheless expect to seamlessly work: Finance, Legal, Organisation and Human Talent Management. Felix graduated from the University of Economics and Business Administration in Vienna, Austria, and holds an MBA from INSEAD in Fontainebleau, France.

  • Sandra Fritzer-Posch panagenda Group
    HR Manager

    Making a difference together – that’s always been Sandra’s passion.

    Sandra already discovered her affinity to Human Resources whilst studying international business administration at the University of Vienna. The decision to work in this area was reached during an internship abroad in the Great Britain. After graduating, Sandra started working for an Austro-Canadian automotive supplier where she accumulated more than 15 years of international experience in a wide range of HR operations. Sandra’s desire to change from an HR specialist to and HR generalist prompted her joining us in April 2014. Whilst also handling HR administration, Sandra actively supports us with the implementation of countless personnel and organizational development projects.

    Chief Sales Officer

    Over the last 15 years Arne has been heavily involved with information technology and has therefrom formed a diverse background spanning companies of all sizes, from startups to large multi-national organizations. Arne has an outstanding track record, growing the revenue of his teams by several hundred percent over the years. His strategic business development skills and his talent to identify and generate synergies are amongst his key strengths that both our customers and panagenda benefit greatly from. Arne is our Chief Sales Officer and a true, rare “hybrid”, as he combines sales and presentation skills with deep technical understanding.

  • Henning Kunz panagenda Consulting
    CEO

    During his studies of physics at the university of Mainz, Henning was infected with the IT virus, because of the wide range of possibilities to ease otherwise difficult tasks like number crunching, analytics, simulations and conducting experiments. Hence, it was a no-brainer for him to start his career in IT. Henning is passionate about professional services and consulting, he loves to work with people, communicate and find solutions for technical and human challenges. For almost 20 years now, Henning is working as a consultant, coach, architect, project manager, partner, trainer, speaker and team leader for various customers from 100 to 100.000 employees.
